Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in complete fairness. Our policy is designed to protect both you and our team who pre-book services on your behalf. Please read carefully before booking.

Cancellation 30+ Days Before Travel — Full Refund
If you cancel your booking 30 or more days before the scheduled travel date, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment minus a 5% processing/transaction fee. No questions asked.

Cancellation 15–29 Days Before Travel — 50% Refund
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before travel, you will receive a 50% refund of the advance paid. The remaining 50% covers hotel deposits and pre-booked vehicle costs that cannot be recovered.

Cancellation Under 15 Days — No Refund
Cancellations within 14 days of travel are non-refundable as hotels, permits, and transport are fully committed by this point. We strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Free Rescheduling (15+ Days Notice)
Need to change dates? With 15 or more days notice, we will reschedule your trip to any available date within 12 months at absolutely no extra charge. Your advance payment carries forward.

If WE Cancel — 100% Full Refund Guaranteed
In the extremely rare case that we need to cancel your trip due to natural disasters, government advisories, extreme weather, or force majeure — you receive a 100% full refund of everything paid, within 3 working days. No deductions, no excuses.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment source (UPI/bank account). You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once initiated. If not received within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

Char Dham and Religious Pilgrimage — Special Policy
For Char Dham and other pilgrimage packages, temple closure due to government order, natural disasters, or Yatra committee decisions does not qualify for refund as these are beyond our control. We will, however, reschedule at no charge.

Weather and Road Blockage During Trip
If road blockages or severe weather during your trip cause a missed destination, we will adjust your itinerary at no extra cost and refund proportionally for any nights not delivered. Your safety is always priority.

No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the pickup point on the agreed departure date and time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation under 15 days — no refund of advance paid. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if your arrival is delayed.

How to Raise a Cancellation Request
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 70179 23334 with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will acknowledge within 2 hours and begin the refund process. Verbal requests are not accepted — written confirmation required.
